For help with Promptbar, email contact@promptbar.io. Include your account email and a brief description of the issue. For billing questions, include the invoice or receipt reference; never send full card details or passwords.
1. Customer support
Product questions, missing access, billing issues, cancellations and refund requests: contact@promptbar.io. You can also send written notices to our registered address below. A subscription-management link may also be available in your account or receipt.
2. Seller and registered office
Promptbar is operated and sold by SAASFLOW OÜ, an Estonian private limited company. Registry number: 16834664. VAT number: EE102676361.
Registered office and postal correspondence: Jõe tn 3-308, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10151, Estonia. This is a correspondence address; Promptbar is an online service with no physical shipments.
For payments processed through Stripe, Stripe is our payment processor. SAASFLOW OÜ supplies the service and handles customer support and refund decisions.
3. Delivery and account access
Promptbar is provided online. Standard paid access normally becomes available after successful payment confirmation. Any assisted onboarding date is agreed before payment. If delivery fails, send us your order reference so we can investigate.
Promptbar adds an AI assistant to a business website to answer questions using connected content, present resources and help capture and qualify inquiries. Get started links open app.lapy.ai, the application entry point linked by Promptbar.
4. Cancellation, refunds and privacy
To cancel renewal, email contact@promptbar.io before the next renewal and identify the subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless another applicable term ends it earlier. For a discretionary refund review, contact us within 14 days of payment. Statutory rights and remedies remain protected.
